Gloucester & Sharpness Canal - The event will start and finish at Gloucester Park and use a section of towpath between Llanthony Bridge / Gloucester College and Sims Swing Bridge, 19.

Further to the notice below, please be advised that due to route changes to the Gloucester Half Marathon, Rea and Simms Bridge will no longer need to be closed to boat traffic.

Further to the notice below, please be advised of bridge restrictions whilst the Gloucester Half Marathon takes place on Sunday March 31st.

Sellars Bridge - 9.20-10.50am

Rea Bridge - 9.30-11.25am

Sims Bridge - 9.40-11.40am

Llanthony Lift Bridge - 9.50am-12

Please be advised that the Gloucester Half Marathon has been organised by Runsthrough on Sunday 31st March 2024 between 6.00am until 2.00pm.

The navigation will remain open although there may be slight delays.
