Advice: Lock 3 Bottom Gate, Stanley Lock Flight, Leeds & Liverpool Canal

Please be advised third-party contractors will be on site at Lock 3 Bottom Gate, Stanley Lock Flight on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.

The works which will be carried out are to support a third-party water transfer system being developed within the area.

Whilst both towpath and navigation will remain open throughout, there may be occasions where customers may be asked to wait no longer than 30 minutes to allow the third-party contractors make way for a safe passage.

We politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors on site.

These works will commence from Monday 29 April until Friday 28 June.
