Towpath south of Railway Bridge, Hempole Lane, Tipton, Walsall Canal

Third party contractors are resurfacing the towpath south of Railway Bridge, Hempole Lane. The towpath will remain open and pedestrian marshals will be on site to direct traffic. Once one side of the canal towpath is resurfaced, pedestrians will be directed onto that and the task will be repeated to reinstate the other half width of the towpath. 

Works will take place from 01/05/24 to 08/05/24
