Milby Lock (3) upstream of Milby Lock Footbridge, near Milby

The repair to the gates has now been completed and the navigation is now open. 

Despite our best efforts a full repair has not been possible, there has been difficulties with sealing the gate, we have had to put stop planks in place to de-water the lock, we are anticipating that the works will continue until Thursday morning,

We will give update no later than 4pm Wednesday. 

Unfortunately further issues have been encountered during these repairs and we are still undertaking works to the lock gates. Works will continue throughout the weekend,

Therefore navigation will be closed until Monday 29th April when we will be able to offer assisted passage at 12pm.
